About the room

This is a fabulous property just 50m from the beach at Mount Maunganui. It is on the beach side of Oceanbeach Road, close to the Mount end. It is exceptionally comfortable with dining table, coffee table, wardrobe and a new kitchenette. You have access to a shared laundry with washing machine, dryer and sink, which can also be used for dishes. The kitchenette has induction hobs, microwave/air fryer/grill, toaster, kettle and fridge. You have your own BBQ in your patio area. You are completely private within the property with your own private entrance and patio.

About the roomies

I have recently retired and moved to the Mount to fulfil my dreams. Very active and love to SUP surf, Wingfoil, golf, ski, go to gym classes and pub quizzes. Since you are in your own area, you won’t see me from day to day, unless you want to.
