About the room

Clean, tidy bedroom available now for rent in West Harbour. Equipped with a double bed and built-in wardrobe. Rent per week is $260 including water, power, internet and utilities (fair use). We have a small, friendly dog. Conveniently located! You’ll be just a stone’s throw away from local shops/ dairy, bus-stops; 5 minutes drive to West Harbour Ferry, West Gate Shopping, Costco; fast access to SH16/18. We are looking for a clean, tidy, considerate person who pays rent on time. Move in costs: 2 weeks bond and 1 week rent Pets negotiable.
