1 single room $200 p/w comes with built in wardrobe, vanity and bedside tables a cosy single bed with sheets and blankets.
1 double room $220 p/w comes with large comfortable king size bed that can also convert to 2 singles a built in wardrobe and dresser, sheets and blankets. You must be working full time. Be happy to share in keeping the house tidy / clean. Non party house but social and like have a chat. But also like privacy.
