Living areas: 1 living area Ideal flatmate: 26 - 38 years old Tidy, friendly Working or student Parking: Yes In the area: 5 minute walk to St Clair beach and esplanade Description: Built in the 1960s with incredible views out to Seconds beach, down Saint Clair beach and back out over the city and harbour. The kitchen is spacious and provides plenty of storage as well great connectivity to the adjacent dining area. The bathroom is a good size. The toilet is separate. This bedroom has fantastic sunlight and views out over the city and harbour. Day breaks through the dining, kitchen, and primary bedroom windows, the sun tracks around the house all day long to set on the street-side. For the colder days, there are two heat pumps (hallway and living) and a woodburner. Ceilings and floors are well insulated. Some off street parking included. This bedroom has decent sized openable windows, curtains and good views to the North and East. Bond is $800.
