Hi All,

I’m looking for a flatmate to join me and the current flatmate at a 2024 built 3-bedroom 2 bathroom house in the Greenhill park subdivision.

It’s a nice house in a quiet and safe neighbourhood. 5 minute drive to Chartwell shopping centre, 7 minutes to the university and 8-minutes to the CBD.

You would be renting a bedroom with a shared bathroom (with bath) with the other flatmate.

The house itself is fully Furnished. I have bringing quite a few things across such as a fridge, washing machine, lawnmower, outdoor chairs/ table, a couch and kitchen appliances/ utensils, ect. No pets, No Smokers and No couples.

I’m a 26 year old male. Works in banking. Loves playing sport and going to the gym occasionally. Enjoys watching movies/ netflix as well. Current Flatmate is 26 year old male in optometry. He loves the gym as well
