Rent: $200 per week for a single occupant which includes bills, plus $15 per week for electricity during winter (from June 1st to September 30th) A 1-week bond and 1 weeks’ rent are required.

About Us: We are a small family—husband who is working as IT engineer, our five-year-old boy and a 17-month-old-baby, and wife is working in a hotel and Nurse Maude
Who We’re Looking For: Currently we have female flatmates living with us. We are seeking another female either students or full-time workers who are good, honest, quiet, and tidy for short or long-term stays.
