We have 1 fully furnished rooms available for rent starting from April-6

Location: The property is conveniently located close to Pak’nSave Papanui and Northlands, just a 3-minute drive or a 10-15 minute walk away. It’s situated in a cul-de-sac, ensuring a very safe and quiet environment.

Rent: $200 per week for a single occupant which includes bills, plus $15 per week for electricity during winter (from June 1st to September 30th) A 1-week bond and 1 weeks’ rent are required.

  • Fully furnished with: + Bed + Bedside table + Built-in wardrobe + Heater

The room shares 1 ½ bathrooms (bath tub, shower, toilet).

Shared Facilities:

  • Kitchen utensils and laundry are shared with our family.
  • Large double garage for car/storage (negotiable).
  • Plenty of off-street parking available.

About Us: We are a small family—husband who is working as IT engineer, our five-year-old boy and a 17-month-old-baby, and wife is working in a hotel and Nurse Maude

Who We’re Looking For: Currently we have female flatmates living with us. We are seeking another female either students or full-time workers who are good, honest, quiet, and tidy for short or long-term stays.
