Looking for one tenant for a cute quiet house in Riversdale. 2 current occupants. As well, there is a small friendly outside cat (likes attention and doesn’t scratch or bite). Looking for someone quiet, friendly, and inclusive.

Rent is $180 per week. Bond of $360 is asked for up front. A queen sized bed, mattress, and mattress topper are available, with some storage as well. There is a wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk, and chair.
There is enough room for off-street parking for 3 vehicles. The interior kitchen area has a raised ceiling area. There is a nice spacious living room area, and a deck area outside two sliding side doors. There is a very warm sun room. There are two toilets, one shower, and one bath.
