About the room
This old house is tucked away in Riversdale. It is very quiet and spacious.
The room available is medium sized (large enough for a queen sized mattress and a desk).
A queen sized bed, desk, and office chair are available in the room if needed.
The interior kitchen area has a raised ceiling area.
There is a nice spacious living room area, and a deck area outside two sliding side doors.
There is a very warm sun room.
There are two toilets, one shower, and one bath.

My name is Matthew (Matt). I am a 47 year old male.
Originally from Dunedin. I’m also somewhat new to Blenheim as of two years or so -> I moved here to begin teaching English at Marlborough Girls’ College.
