Beautiful neighboring sections of native trees, lovely neighbors- most are elderly so it’s reasonably quiet. Large parking area available. No garage. Close to amenities & public transport is 700meters from the house. 2.4km to Chartwell Mall. Easy access to the University, Central City and Hospital. Location is Springfield Crescent, Enderley. Costs included are rent, power, wifi, netflix, disney, prime and household cleaning supplies. The home is always heated or cooled and whilst being power-smart, we live comfortably and with needed conveniences. Free entertainment and additional love provided by a little dog and an orange cat. No smoking, vaping or drugs. Not a party household and not suitable to someone who comes & goes throughout the night. Quiet drinks and occasional gatherings okay with suitable arrangement. You’d be living with myself (43yr old female), my little dog and cat. I am a kind, respectful and caring person who is easy to get along with. I am also someone who doesn’t tolerate nonsense. I love nature, music, gardening and the list could go on forever if I kept typing! I am hoping to find someone who enjoys a catch up but is equally happy on their missions. Someone reliable, clean living and happy to muck in on routine housework. I’m currently managing some significant health issues and I need someone who is okay with a few extras (family, friends, healthcare workers) popping in as needed.
