About the room

Large, furnished private room in rambling houseshare. Double bed, double wardrobe, carpet, drapes and your own heat pump. Close to a good bus service, and other amenities, 20 mins to CBD off peak. Close to great outdoor recreational areas if you like to ramble or mountain bike, and you need to be good on your feet as we have lots of stairs, paths and decks to negotiate, so not ideal if you have any mobility issues.

Other than that, we’re a fantastic place to live.

About the roomies

Couple, 2 singles.Sounds like a lot of people, but there’s heaps of room and we all work really well together. We’re friendly and easy going, but respectful of your needs for peace and privacy. Just looking for a like minded person to join us. We’re 50’s up, but well used to sharing with younger people if you’re OK with us.
