About the room

Off road, Lots of parking, quiet friendly home. Area is central to everything, plus some local shops. The room is furnished and quite comfortable. House has plenty of good amenities. Its a relaxed place, would suit someone working full time but also a student as it is quite close to both campuses in Tauranga.

About the roomies

Currently home to myself and a pretty active and social Italian guy. Both male 30s. We are having to replace our lovely 3rd flatmate as she is moving up and on in life. We do some shared meals, with a nice balance of social and private time. We do enjoy group games and other entertaining evenings every so often.
