Large double bedroom available from 19 October in a spacious 3-bedroom home in Woolston, close to Woolston township.

The house is tucked away at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, so it’s private with very little passing traffic. It’s around 10 minutes to the city center and even closer to the beach.

The bedroom comes fully furnished, so you can move straight in without needing to bring much.

$250 per week includes: • Unlimited high-speed fibre internet with WiFi 6
• Power and water
• Bedding
• BBQ use
• Communal cleaning and hygiene products
• Kitchen basics

You’ll really only need to cover your own food and personal care items.

The house has a huge lawn and great outdoor entertaining area, and we have fantastic neighbours with a really nice little community feel in the street. On-street parking is available.

A little about the household — I have a 4-year-old daughter who I share 50/50 care of. She’s funny, well behaved and is with me around half the time.

Singles only. No pets.

Applicants will need to provide two references, agree to a simple flatmate agreement and answer a few questions required for house insurance.

Move-in cost is $500, being two weeks’ rent in advance, which includes the bond.
