Room is in a cozy three bedroom 2 cabin house located in Hoon Hay. Room is fully furnished with a queen size bed, side cabinets, bedside lights a small dresser, and wardrobe. Rent includes all bills such as power, firewood, gas, internet, and small household goods like toilet paper, dish wash ,hand soap. Property is secure with electric gate, and security cameras. Kitchen is modern with new modern amenities. Bathroom is a wet floor shower, with an eight minute timer installed. water is heated by gas giving a lovely powerful shower. Lounge has a large wood burner, so place is never cold . There is a dvs installed resulting in a dryer healthier home.
About the roomies the house has 3 bedrooms and two sleepouts. We currently 4males 1 female.
Owner and partner , 1 female 3 males. Quite but social. This is not a party house .
