Looking for a flatmate who is professional, honest, friendly, reliable and tidy. Friendly flat environment where tend to regularly do activities together whether to restaurants, a few drinks, movies, etc.
Bus stop outside (No.24 bus route which has weekend and late night service). Lots of walking and bike tracks around hills and coast. Close to Miramar shops - Roxy cinema (best cinema in Wgtn by far), supermarkets, restaurants, Weta workshop, etc. Close to Lyall Bay Beach and Lyall Bay retail shopping centre, parks and airport.
