Heya, we are 4 flat mates (3 girls one male) looking for 1 more flatmate to join our flat in Addington. Just a short drive from university and riccarton, super close to lots of good food places. Located next to the historic addington jail sheltered from most of the busy road noise. The room available is unfurnished downstairs you will only have to share the bathroom with one other person. Preferable looking for a female flatmate around our age (early 20’s) . If interested please dm me things about yourself. Rent will be $165 p/w excluding utilities, Which are around $20 p/w. We like to watch anime, gaming, cocktail nights , kbbq, playing switch and playing uno. 💗💗 No pets sorry and no smokers no drugs We have two cats that live upstairs Available to move in 2 weeks
