I’m looking for a roomie who is working full time for one of the two bedrooms on the east side of the house. You’ll have a large main bedroom and a spacious bathroom to share. There is no one in the other room at present so you will most likely have the whole wing to yourself.
The house is designed for privacy and comfort, with the large sitting room, kitchen, and laundry centrally located between two separate bedroom “wings.” This layout ensures everyone has their own space.
Brookside Terrace is a highly sought-after location—peaceful and quiet, yet just a 10-minute drive to town, the university, or the airport, making it super convenient. I’m looking for a full-time employed flatmate. If you are working full time let me know and also let me know some more about yourself to see if we’re a good fit.
Rent: $280 per week, including internet. Power is included in the summer but in the winter if they power goes up too much there will be a small contribution to pay tbc.

My other flatmate Gary works full time and I work one or 2 days a week. We are on the other “wing” of the house with our own bathroom. We are mature and usually cook our meals early on in the evening then just chill out.
