Nice homley house in need of a boarder! Great area with heaps of amenities so close.. 2 minutes walking distance to Barrington mall, 5 min drive to riccarton mall. House is a 3 bedroom stand alone house with one bathroom but with a huge back yard and back deck area that can be fully enclosed for winter to keep warm with gas fire! Or opened up for summer! Off street parking will be available

About the roomies

Chosen roomie will share the house with a 41 year old self employed professional and my 9 year old daughter every second week. Oh amd the cat that thinks he’s a dog. Im easy going and laid back, my daughter is a bag of laughs and usually always fun and bubbly but also very respectful too. Im looking for a female flatmate only as my daughter lives with me.
