Lovely, relaxed, big old house in Newtown, with a fully furnished room available. A couple of shared living areas, sunny deck and garden. Two shared bathrooms. Very close to the hospital, shops and cafes, great bus services to the CBD (but also walkable/bikeable). Town belt out the back, and lots of native birds around. Would best suit people working or studying away from the house during the day. Happy to have a couple or female single living here (300pw single, $400pw couple)

I own the house and live here, have recently retired, and currently have one other flatmate. I have had flatmates for years, so very used to having others around, and enjoy it!
