Lovely, relaxed, big old house in Newtown, with a fully furnished room (or two) available. A couple of shared living areas, sunny deck and garden. Two shared bathrooms. Very close to the hospital, shops and cafes, great bus services to the CBD (but also very walkable/bikeable). Town belt out the back, and lots of native birds around. Would best suit people working or studying away from the house during the day. Happy to have a couple or single living here (280pw single, $380pw couple)
About the roomies
I own the house and live here, have recently retired, and intend to get a couple of flatmates into two rooms. I have had flatmates for years, so very used to having others around, and enjoy it!
