About the room

Hi there We are looking for someone to fill the room as I am moving out! The room is insulated, close to town and a large double size. We are located very central, on London street. So a walk to red zone park/river, walk to supermarkets or town. We are all mid to late 20s, and are looking for someone that is respectful, working. I own the property, and the room in my old bedroom - so it has all the bells and whistles, black out curtains, double glazing, sound deadening etc House bills are very cheap too, coming to no more than $25 a week at peak winter for everything.
