About the room

The property is only 4 years old , modern , with double glazed windows and walls are insulated for warmth in winter . Shared kitchen , lounge and bathroom . Friends are fine to visit but let me know prior to visit to check i don’t have friends coming also . No parties as other houses close by .

About the roomies

I am 57 year old woman who works remotely at home 2-3 days a week and has 20 year old daughter and 18 year old son who would visit occasionally for the odd weekend I have been a student and lived in rooms when i was younger so have an understanding how to co habit . If excess electric is used i would need to have a discussion and ask for a weekly contribution to these extra costs that are over and above what is normal for 2 people . I enjoy being home , baking , watching movies and i enjoy going out and joining classes .
