We have a beautiful ensuite room available in our spacious 4-bedroom home in Hillcrest, ideal for a full-time working professional couple or Single working professional. This serene retreat offers privacy and features breathtaking views of our lush garden filled with fruit trees. You’ll also have access to your own luxurious jacuzzi.

You’ll share the home with two friendly, full-time working professionals who live upstairs, along with our lovely 6-year-old girl. We have a lovely and spacious kitchen with all amenities making this space both convenient and comfortable for everyone.

Rent is $400 per week, plus shared expenses for Couples. Single Person- 350 plus shared expenses. 3 weeks Bond.

We are seeking reliable, easy-going tenants who value a peaceful living environment, pay rent on time, and have good references. This is not a party house; we prefer non-smokers and non-drinkers. The room is unfurnished (can be furnished).
