I’m looking for a female flatmate to share my warm and fully furnished home in Henderson.

Bright west-facing furnished bedroom
Shared bathroom
Warm, fully furnished house
Off-street parking for one car
Single bed, desk, desk lamp and large wardrobe are provided (furniture can be removed if preferred)

The house includes a fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave, oven, air fryer, dining table and a large leather couch. There is a TV but it is not connected to an aerial.

This is a quiet, respectful home rather than a party house.

I’m looking for a professional female flatmate who is:

Clean and tidy
Pay the rent in time
Respectful of house rules, shared spaces and each other’s privacy
Reliable and considerate

As I work in the aviation industry on a roster, I’m often away for several days at a time, so you’ll regularly have the house to yourself.

No pets, smokers or couples, please.
