It is an independent 4b3b house with its own yard and deck. It’s got an electric sliding gate door, so the whole property is very private. Also, you can park your car in the front yard. The communal space will be furnished, so don’t worry about the furniture. All you need to do is bring your own furniture to your room. Heat pump in the lounge. Gas hob in the kitchen. Plenty of extra storage space. It’s located in Greenlane, just a 5-minute walk to a bus stop that takes you to CBD in 30 mins. Other facilities like supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, and highway ramp are also just within 5-minute drive.

We are a Chinese couple who are in our mid-20s. We all have our own things going on. The husband is a uni student while working part-time as a tutor. The wife is a nail technician who also works as a jewelry salesperson. We’re friendly, respectful, and easy-going. We like to play sports like frisbee and basketball when we have time. We’d also love to socialize with our flatmates but 100% respect your own space if that’s what you want.
