3 bedroom / 1 bathroom cute cottage, open plan kitchen & lounge, sunny & light. Nice deck area and fully fenced backyard. Walk to shops & supermarket. Large, light, spacious room & big double wardrobe, has its own heat pump. At the rear of the house, so it’s quiet and private. Unlimited wifi, gas hot water. Bills included just need to buy own food. Possible garage storage if needed.

About the roomies

I’m 60 and mostly work from home with regular trips to my office in Auckland. I eat healthy and like to keep fit. Also have 2 small dogs that go everywhere with me. Into film/music, reading, arty stuff, op shopping, hiking & gardening. Looking for a roomie who is tidy, social and would be a good fit.
