This is a large five-bedroom house with ample space and living areas. It’s located in the coastal village of Bell Block just five minutes from the Airport and ten minutes from New Plymouth City Center. Sitting between the mountain and the coast, it makes a great location for adventurous people who enjoy getting out and about. There is one shared bathroom and two other separate toilets. There is a large shared kitchen and laundry and two living areas with indoor outdoor flow to the large deck.
Bell Block has two sets of shops, Parklands Shopping Centre and Bell Block Village. Parklands Shopping Centre is just around the corner (a short walk indeed). Here you can find fish & chips, thai food, beauty salon, café, Library, bus stop, hair dressers, laundry mat and supermarket. The Bell Block Village is only 2.5km away and has a few more.
