Hey 😊 I have a unfurnished large double room available now. (Bed in photo is not included) House is 4 bedrooms, has a big section and the room gets all day sun. Price is for a single, couples welcome but price will increase slightly along with security price (Bond, 1 weeks rent) Internet, power and lawnmowing (done by contractor) is included. By own food and toiletries. Outside smokers and vapers allgood. The photos don’t do it justice, it’s bigger than it looks. Bed not included. I do have a dressing table available for use.
