About the room

House is located in Tikipunga

Room is furnished, my dad is looking for a roommate he has one in there already. Looking for a house mate on behalf of my father. My father is either at work, church. He’s easy going. The other house mate is either at home or working.

Dad is very tidy, keeps to himself but loves a chat now and then. Dad works as a disability care worker.

You have your own key to the room for your own privacy. Huge garden at the back with a beautiful view.

If you have kids, they can come around every so often, but please be mindful of the other roommates.
