Quiet room in a 70s house in central wanaka. New double bed fully furnished with bedding. Smart TV. Close to the lake and 15 min walk to the shops. Bike available. No car needed here but plenty of parking if you have one. Looking for single occupants only. Must be capable of looking after the property in my absence.
