You’ll have your own master bedroom with ensuite, leading out to a patio with table and chairs for that morning coffee!. Hot and sunny in the morning. Brand new drapes/curtains and lovely and airy. Gas hotwater and cooking. You also have your own fridge and freezer. A lovely place to call home. Situated in the Woolston area, we have nearby shops 2 mins away, New World supermarket, bakery etc, also the boutique Tannery shopping close by. 10 minutes from the beach and 10 to the city. Bus transport 5 mins walk away too. Situated up a private lane, my house looks out to a reserve. Lovely and private. I’m looking for a female housemate that likes being house proud and knows how to clean! All expenses included except your own food. No bond required.
