Two long term residents, the owner (male, 58yrs) and one lady (a local professional) are in the main house. Owner is an IT services manager working in wellington. Quiet, easy going; enjoy cooking, socializing, gardening. There is a cat onsite belonging to one of the tenants. Very affectionate, with good habits and no issues.
