About the room

We’re looking for a single male, fenale or couple to rent our cosy double room. We do also have a the main bedroom available.

The house is located in Brookfield/Bethlehem and close to a local supermarket, gas station and bakery.

Off street parking for a small car is a bonus too!

The room:

  • Spacious and with a comfy double bed and two bedside cabinets
  • small wardrobe with shelving
  • shared kitchen, lounge & bathroom
  • Rent is $250 a week (single occupant) or $350 a week (couple)

About the roomies

Both rooms are available immediately.

Bond is $250(single) $350(couple) plus first weeks rent paid in advance.

The ideal flatmate: 30years old+ male or couple only. Mature, tidy and respectful No pets
