Peaceful townhouse/apartment on the outskirts of the CBD. Room for rent has built-in wardrobe and can easily fit a king bed and a desk. Plenty of room.

Plenty of amenities nearby, two supermarkets about 2 min away, BP around the corner, 5 min from CBD. Very convenient location.
