One room available in our five bedroom house.

$150 per week + expenses. Expenses are $50pp p/w includes fiber, power, basic amenities and one flat dinner per week.

Our house is spacious with two lounges, two bathrooms and a work from home area. The house is insulated, has DVS and we have two heat pumps (one upstairs and one downstairs) to keep the house cozy. We have a compact yard with citrus trees and a small veggie garden. Shared spaces are furnished, but your bedroom is not. We also enjoy flat dinners once a week.

We are located on a quiet street, with a park just down the road. It is a 3 min drive or 20 min walk to the Dinsdale or Nawton shops and a 10 min drive to the CBD. We are also very close to a bus stop (10 min walk max).

The room is a double with an inbuilt double wardrobe and wall heater. Your bathroom will be shared with two other people.

A little about you: We are looking for someone easy-going, tidy, friendly, social and considerate when others are working. Ideally a female but mostly just open to whoever is the right fit. No smokers, sorry. Pets negotiable (but no more cats).

A little about us: 1 couple (female+male) and 2 males (all young professionals) aged 25 - 28. We have a very lovely (and fluffy) cat called Leah. We love a good chat and also appreciate a relaxed household.
