Seeking a someone to take the apartment from July 2026 onwards for 6-12 months. No other flatmates present.

Apartment, within Christchurch CBD, near Little Poms. On main bus routes, 20min walk to town center, with access to red zone walks. Property is private, two bedroom apartment, with a shared bathroom and downstairs toilet. Bedrooms can fit two single or one double bed each with built in wardrobe in master room and a smaller wardrobe in secondary bedroom.
