About the room

just the most important bit: We are three quiet professional adults and one sweet young person. The room is cheap because it is not big. The house has off street parking.
If you want abit more detail: The house/room is nice because I make the little repairs around the house instead of asking the landlord. So he doesn’t raise our rent. The room will fit a bed, desk, and chest of drawers, and has a small closet, with room to walk around. If you need it furnished as seen in the picture it is just $5 more rent. We are not looking for anyone in particular, and you get equal vote in any house decisions. Feel free to email or text.

The flatmate we are looking for is: (the usual things) Someone who is reasonable and pays rent on time. No need to be an introvert or extravert. Of course you are welcome to have guests over. and we have room to hang your art if you have some. Questions are welcome.
