Two weeks notice when leaving.

Airy, light filled, quiet, clean apartment in secure building with off street parking.

The kitchen and lounge area are open plan with a balcony which also provides a built in laundry drying rack. Furnishings are humble.

2 bedroom apartment with one bathroom. The shower is a good size with great water pressure, a washing machine is provided.

The bedroom available has a queen sized bed, iand light filled. It has a secure lock window on the 3rd floor. The bedroom window overlooks our off-street parking.

Off-street parking is available. Bus stop is across the road, there are open green spaces and just down the road a short way is the local college. Shops are within walking distance and a Korean bread shop directly across the road. Close to AUT.

It is peaceful and relaxing. It would suit someone or a couple who respect privacy, are clean, have a sense of humour, are sober (strictly no parties and you need to discuss visitors BEFORE they happen, he has PTSD so it is essential) and drama free. Solo parent welcome (board will go up to 300) but know that there is only one room available so you’ll need to share the room with your kiddo (child).

Smoking on the balcony is fine but definitely NO hard drugs.

Please note that If a couple moves in, rent will be increased and is negotiable.

Zhy is male and early 50s. He’s quiet, private, and permanently retired because of a workplace injury. He is under care for issues resulting from brain trauma (workplace injury). And on prescribed medication for PTSD, which includes CBD. He enjoys travelling within NZ, spending time with his kids (they live with me in my home, not Zhy) when possible, and has a good sense of humour. He’s relaxed, enjoys the peace, and likes a low-maintenance environment.
