Looking for a peaceful place to call home? We have a comfortable furnished bedsit available as part of our shared home in beautiful Titirangi.

The bedsit is attached to and forms part of the main house, with its own entrance and toilet for added privacy. It also has basic cooking facilities, giving you your own comfortable space while still being part of a flat/house-sharing arrangement.

The space includes: • Queen bed and bedside tables • Heat pump • Fridge • Basic cooking facilities • Own toilet • Washing machine • Separate entrance • WiFi and water included

💰 $360 per week for one person A couple may also be considered. Electricity is additional and shared between the household/flatmates.

🐱 We already have a friendly cat, so unfortunately no additional pets.

We’re looking for a quiet, employed and respectful roomie/flatmate who is reliable with weekly payments, values their privacy and enjoys a peaceful, drama-free home environment.

This is a flatmate/house-sharing arrangement within the main home, rather than a separate self-contained rental property. A written flat-sharing agreement will set out the weekly payment, shared expenses, notice period and household arrangements.

There are currently four working professionals living in the main house. We’re a quiet, respectful household and everyone is generally busy with work and tends to keep to themselves, while still being friendly and considerate of each other.

You’ll be joining us as a flatmate as part of the household, while having the added privacy of your own bedsit space and entrance.

We also have a friendly resident cat called Chloe, so you’ll need to be comfortable living with a cat. We’re looking for someone who enjoys a peaceful, tidy and drama-free home environment.
