You will have a room and bathroom to yourself. Double room with plenty of natural light, can comfortably fit a double or queen bed, the only downstairs bedroom (with the other 2 upstairs). Room is unfurnished, so all free to decorate and make your own or can provide furnishing if needed! House is already fully furnished, shared spaces include a spacious living room, kitchen, dining area. The house is a new build townhouse. It has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and 1 cat. The space is warm, light, bright and super inviting. The city is less than 10mins away! Bus stops are less than a 5min walk away. There are supermarkets, cafes, bakeries, and parks nearby. It takes 5mins to get onto the motorway so access is great.

I am a 32 year old event manager. I work odd event hours so often don’t come home until the late evening. On my off days I am usually just lounging around the house binge watching something or eating out with friends. I will have the occasional game night or BBQ with friends but value privacy and space.
