About the room

Large furnished room. Very quiet home shared with the home owners (married couple). Two small, super friendly dogs and one elderly vocal cat. Home has a movie theatre and spa pool. Very handy to Hamilton East shopping centre and bus stops. Walking distance to central Hamilton city and Waikato University.

About the roomies

We are a married couple who own the house. Would love to share one of our five bedrooms. We are often away on weekends so you would just be sharing with our elderly cat.
