About the room

Located on Roberts Road, Te Atatu South. Close to motorway, Woolworths Supermarket, Caltex gas station, and bus stop and range of shops at the end of the road.

Te Whau Pathway at end of road.

There is cable lan to hook up to the internet faster than Wifi but Wifi is also available.

The room is fully furnished with drawers and a cupboard, a desk and a chair. Also has inbuilt wardrobe.

Approx 20 minute drive to CBD. We also have a gas stovetop, oven, rice cooker, toaster, washing machine. House also has air conditioning and heat pump.
