Hey future housemate

We are now looking for 1 housemate to join us in our 3 bedroom townhouse in New Lynn.

The room can easily fit all the essentials and gets plenty of sun during the day, the room is unfurnished with a built in wardrobe. Double or Queen bed fits.

We are 5 min drive from New Lynn Mall, train station and shops. We have a dairy, cafe and laundrette a few minutes walk from the house. We also have on street parking.

We are looking for someone who is of the same age bracket, works full time, is clean and tidy, respectful and has a great sense of humour.

The room is available from 20 June 2026.

Rent is $230 per week plus $30 a week for expenses.

Expenses include: bills, wifi, toilet paper, cleaning products and washing detergent.

Move in costs: $460 bond required and x1 weeks rent in advance = $690

We are working professionals in our late 20s to early 30s who work full time. We like to socialise together from time to time and enjoy a good family movie night or a trip to the beach and appreciate when each other want to chill in their room. We are not a party house but enjoy the occasional drink together here and there. We also have 2 cats.
