An opportunity has come up for an amazing double bedroom located in a quiet cul-de-sac in Hillpark, South Auckland. Your home will be nestled amongst beautiful native trees so you can enjoy the sound of birds singing while you sit back and relax in your new home.

The room is fully insulated, has double glazed windows, new carpets, huge wardrobe and double roller blinds. It comes furnished with a queen bed and two side tables (as per the photos).

You will have private use to your own fully tiled bathroom so no fighting in the morning when getting ready for work…lol

There is off street carpark for one car available on the driveway.

The house has a pool which can be used in the warmer season.

Westfield Manukau and supermarkets are only a 5 mins drive away so it’s very convenient to do your shop each week. There is easy access onto both SH1 and SH20 from the house. Auckland Airport is only a short drive away. If you like walks, it is close to the Botanical Gardens and Totara Park.

Rent is $350 per week which includes power, water and fast speed internet. Move in cost is 3 weeks bond ($1050) and 2 weeks rent in advance ($700) which totals to $1750.

You will only be sharing the house with one other female professional who owns the property.

The room would suit a professional single who is clean, tidy, quiet and responsible. Definitely not a party house but the occasional flat dinner or movie night would be great if we get along.
