I have one room available for rent in a three-bedroom house in pukete area . The room comes furnished and the rest of the flat has essential furnishing and kitchen utensils. The weekly rent is $200 (not including electricity ). Bond will be 2 weeks rent.
I am a single mother and I have two teenage daughters and two dogs . We have a female flatmate who is also part of our family.
We are looking for a reliable , well-maintained, vegetarian ( or won’t cook/eat meat inside the property because of religious reasons ) and pet-friendly tenant :)
