Our fully furnished self-contained sleepout, separate from the main house and attached to the garage, could be perfect for you. Cooking facilities: Plug-in hot plate, microwave, fridge freezer, plates, pots, cups, cooking utensils etc and bedding/towels can be provided. Our Ideal Tenant: Smoke-free, drug-free, and respectful of a peaceful home environment. Suitable for professionals in full-time employment. Not a party house – we ask that no random guests are brought home. Perfect for short-term stays while settling in New Zealand, waiting for family to arrive, or searching for a bigger place. Rates: Summer: $300/week (single), $350/week (couple) Winter: $350/week (single), $400/week (couple) Please note On-street parking only. Sleepout does not have an oven or washing machine, you have a local laundrette available in Kope.

We are a working couple living in the main house with our friendly cat. We value a quiet, respectful atmosphere and have enjoyed hosting wonderful guests in the past, including a lovely Argentinian couple who stayed for several months.
