Looking for a quiet, comfortable space to call home. Length of stay negotiable for the right person. Ideally around 3 to 6 months. Our fully furnished self-contained sleepout, separate from the main house and attached to the garage, could be perfect for you. Features Include: Fully furnished one bedroom with lounge/dining area, kitchenette and own private bathroom with shower, toilet. Power, water and internet are included in cost. Cooking facilities: Plug-in hot plate, microwave, fridge freezer, plates, pots, cups, cooking utensils etc and bedding/towels can be provided. Our Ideal Tenant: Smoke-free, drug-free, and respectful of a peaceful home environment. Suitable for professionals in full-time employment. Not a party house – we ask that no random guests are brought home. Perfect for short-term stays while settling in New Zealand, waiting for family to arrive, or searching for a bigger place. Rates: Summer: $350/week (single), $425/week (couple) Winter: $400/week (single), $475/week (couple) Please note On-street parking only. Sleepout does not have an oven or washing machine, you have a local laundrette available in Kope.
