I have a room available in 3 bedroom house in Rototuna. Close to rototuna shopping centre and 5 minutes drive to Chartwell shopping mall. 10 minutes drive to Waikato university and The Base. The room is fully furnished with double wardrobe and a private bathroom and toilet.

About the roomies

I prefer someone a full time employee or a student. No alcohol is allowed at home but don’t mind having visitors over for a casual catch up if advised in advance. I’m happy for them to use my kitchenware if needed.
