Welcome to our quiet and comfortable home, located in a peaceful cul-de-sac and newly built in 2022. The property offers a modern and cozy living space, perfect for relaxing after a busy day. One of the highlights is its proximity to a flat reserve and Foster Park, giving you easy access to nature and a serene atmosphere.

Our home is conveniently situated near Lincoln Rolleston Drive, just a 5-minute drive to Woolworths and Rolleston Square for all your shopping needs. It is within walking distance to South Island’s largest PAK’nSAVE, Also Lincoln University is less than 10 minutes away, making it ideal for students or professionals working in the area.

There is a piano for music enthusiasts or anyone who enjoys the sound of beautiful melodies. There are also some home gym set for fitness lovers who like to stay active without leaving the house.

We have been renting out rooms since early 2023, and therefore, we understand how to be good flatmates while living in the same flat.

About the room

The room is a cozy 9.x square meters and comes fully furnished with everything you need for a comfortable stay. It includes a built-in wardrobe, a single bed with fresh bedding, a bedside table, and a study table with a chair—perfect for work or study. The room is bathed in warm sunlight in the late afternoon, creating a bright and welcoming space to unwind.

We are a household of full-time workers who value a harmonious, respectful and clean living environment. We enjoy friendly chats and occasionally share meals or outings but are mindful of personal space and individual routines.

We’re looking for a flatmate or couple who’s respectful, easy-going, and brings positive energy to the home. Whether you’re a student or a working professional, if you appreciate a clean, peaceful space and enjoy occasional social moments, you’ll fit right in! Couple is $280/week.
