About the Room: Renting out one bedroom in 3-bedroom house. The room is fully furnished with a wooden bed and mattress, ready for you to move in directly. A large window provides natural light. The room also features a spacious built-in wardrobe. The bathroom is shared with others. Common Areas: shared areas include the kitchen, dining area, living room, bathroom, and a deck.
The fully equipped kitchen features a quality touch-screen hob, microwave, oven, electric kettle, and toaster.
Essential house appliances like a washing machine, fridge are also included.
Location: The location is excellent, with just a 3-5 minutes walk to bus stop and Shopping centre. It takes 20 minutes by public transport and 10-15 minutes by car to reach the city centre.
About the roomies
We are working full-time in the city centre. We love socialising and having a couple of drinks during the weekend. One flatmate has been staying with us for nearly a year now.
