The house is in a peaceful area, surrounded by nature. It’s just 20 minutes to Cornwallis Beach and 30 minutes to Piha. You’ll enjoy waking up to the sound of birdsong and relaxing in a tranquil environment. While we’re not a party house, we do enjoy the occasional visit from friends — and of course, other dogs!
Rent: $240/week Utilities: $30/week (includes power, water, internet) Couple can be negotiable
Pets: Dog negotiable — may be considered for the right fit, with an additional cost. Please get in touch to discuss further.

The room comes with a wardrobe and can be furnished but you are more than welcome to bring your own.
Move-in Costs: Bond: $960 (4 weeks rent) + 2 weeks in advance
