Spacious Rooms in Rural Eureka – Pool, Parking & 10 Minutes to Hamilton

We’re looking for one or two considerate, tidy flatmates to join our relaxed, owner-occupied home in Eureka, just outside Hamilton.

Enjoy the best of both worlds: a peaceful rural setting surrounded by horses, ponies and cows, while still being within easy driving distance of Hamilton and the University of Waikato.

The rooms

We have two bedrooms available, both featuring:

Double glazing Built-in wardrobes Bedroom door locks for privacy Fresh paint and new curtains The rooms are currently unfurnished, but the rest of the house is fully furnished. We may be able to help furnish a room for the right person.

A 3rd, much larger room ($220pw) will be available from 26th Oct. Unfortunately, our new flat mate was made redundant 2 months into their new job.

There’s plenty of room to spread out and enjoy the property, including:

About the household

We’re an owner-occupied household with a mix of working professionals and self-employed people, currently aged 27–32.

We’re looking for someone who is considerate, tidy, respectful and easy to live with. We enjoy a relaxed home environment and appreciate people who look after shared spaces.

Pets may be considered with references. No smoking. Couples are by negotiation.
