Hi everyone! We’ve got 2 rooms becoming available in early June and we’re looking for the right person(s) to join our friendly flat.

The house is an awesome spot, just 10 minutes drive outside Hamilton/The University of Waikato, in quiet Eureka. The house is neighbored on 3 sides by horses, ponies, and cows. Perfect if you like the convenience of town, but also the peaceful countryside.

About the house:

Fully insulated + partially double glazed. 2 Story house with spacious living and kitchen area with plenty of room to relax. 2.5 bathrooms + separate laundry. Plenty of outdoor space with an abundance of fruit trees. Deck space and outdoor pool area. Mains water pressure. In-ground pool. Lots of house plants. About the room:

Massive 3.6m x 4.5m size (was the old lounge), with built-in double wardrobe. RFID entry key, as well as bedroom keys for added privacy. Built-in wall shelving. Sunny room, gets evening sunsets. Recently painted + new curtains.

About the Flatmates:

Independent, drama-free, respectful. Mix of self-employed/working professionals Owner occupied. 2 Pets: Medium sized dog, 6, and small dog, 10. 13 Chickens. We’re happy to consider pets, but not dogs or cats at this stage, sorry.

We’ll also have a second room coming available from 24/05/26 (see Room 2 image). Double glazed, built-in wardrobe. Rent for this room will be $170 + expenses pw.
