Hello Everyone!! I’m Looking for a Mature responsible, professional and tidy flat mate to share my house in Grenada Village.

The house is relatively new with full insulation and double-glazed windows, Central gas heating and cooking.

I have ONE room available situated on the east side of the house. Great morning sun.

You will be sharing a bathroom with shower and bath and separate toilet.

This is a big house, has two large living areas with a decent size open plan kitchen and dishwasher. Great views, lots of sun and a big backyard. Place is fully fenced.

This could suit someone moving to the capital and requires some extra storage.

Situated close to the bus stop, being the first bus on the route. About a minute to the motorway. In a very quiet private road off a Cul-de-sac with off street parking available. It’s a very safe and quiet neighborhood.

Access to double garage for vehicle or storage can be negotiated. I’m a relaxed and respectful individual that enjoys the outdoors.

Rent is $260 per week single person. (excluding expenses)

Couple is negotiable. Bond is 2 weeks’ worth of rent prior to moving in to secure your room. Serious people need only apply.. Nga Mihi..
