About the room

Our sleepout is available to rent again for one person. It’s a large furnished room set up with a bedroom and lounge space. The kitchen and bathroom are available to use in the house. Furnishings include the bed and bedding, drawers, hanger, laundry basket, heater, couch, tv table and tv. (New curtains installed soon)

Selwyn Heights is just 7mins drive from the town centre and hospital. There’s also a bus stop on our road. We have a large garage if you need to store a bike and always have a veggie garden on the go.

About the roomies

We’re a couple in our early 30s and bought our first house in early 2024. We’re both working full-time and currently spending weekends on home renovation projects. We have a 3 year old cat. Room is one person only, no pets or smoking.
